How long does my order take to ship?

Once a new release drops we open up pre-orders for two weeks. After the presale ends we have a turnover of about two weeks, barring any delays, to pack your orders and ship them.

What if my item is backordered?

Backordered items purchased outside of the pre-sale period may have extended shipping times. However, we will do our best to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

What is your return policy?
